Let me introduce myself to you…
I’m a wife to an amazing man, a mother to 3 beautiful daughters and I have 2 German shepherds. I’ve lived in the upstate of SC since my debut to this world in 1981. I love the Greenville/Spartanburg area. We’re 3-4 hours from the mountains or the coast… can’t get much better than that! I love to read all kinds of literature and I’m a lover of writing. I started working in the accounting field when my oldest daughter was 5 months old. I was sent to an accounting office by a temporary agency and I just LOVED the work. I decided to return to school in 2005 to study business and accounting. In December 2007 I graduated from Limestone College with my Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration/Accounting. 6 years later I decided to study for the IRS Enrolled Agent exams and was awarded my Enrolled Agent’s certificate in October 2013. Each year I complete continuing education workshops to keep me up to date on tax laws and increase my knowledge.
In May of 2016, I decided I was in much need of a change. I knew that I wanted to have my own accounting office in the future – I just didn’t know exactly when that would be. Through much prayer and kindness – I took that leap of faith in November 2016. Through the encouragement of my parents, husband, children and friends, I opened my accounting office to the public in January 2017. Through patience, prayer and an ambitious heart, Hub City Tax, is here to serve all your accounting and tax needs!!! I look forward to seeing you soon 🙂
